Diego called me a few months before their move and asked about our service and to find out if we are a real company. We scheduled a Skype meeting and got on very well. Diego and Cheryl were moving to Melbourne from Canada because of a work transfer. Their brief was a three bedroom, fully-furnished apartment with two bathrooms and a car space. They wanted to be close to public transport that will get him to work in no time and wanted to be within the catchment of a good primary school. Another requirement was a bathtub. It also needs to be in a safe neighbourhood and should be convenient for their day-to-day living. Funnily, the first one I inspected on their behalf felt right. It was really good and within the budget that I scheduled other properties to view because I wanted to make sure this is the right one. After viewing some more, the apartment they now call home in Melbourne was indeed the perfect one.
