“Using Finders Keepers made our move to Melbourne from the UK so much easier! Winneth is a great guy, even with us not really knowing where to start with an area he made us feel very comfortable.
We had been looking at stopping in an Airbnb…money could be better placed with Winneth
We had been looking at stopping in an Airbnb for a month while we tried to search for a house when we discovered that money could be better placed with Winneth and not delay the inevitable! We would have had to spend the time and money at some point so why not do it straight away.
Communication was quick and informative with videos of house inspections and thoughts
Communication with Winneth was quick and informative supplying us with videos of house inspections and his thoughts on whether it would suit us, from the questionnaire and prior communications he gets to know you very well! Taking care of all the paperwork and getting utilities set up also makes the process so much easier.
We walked off the plane and into our new home and life in Australia
We walked off the plane and into our new home and life in Australia! We highly recommend Winneth and Finders Keepers for your move to Melbourne!”

Background
Craig and Beth were relocating to Melbourne and had to convince them that the original area they were looking at was not really as convenient nor good for what they were after nor as a whole. Without having to mention the area they were looking at, it would have been an area that is quite known to be demographically undesirable. In fact, the area they were looking at seems to be popular amongst the immigrants lured by the cheaper rent for a bigger rental property which is understandable because relocating is a big expense. However, it is a dead spot for cafes and restaurants and bars and heading to the city would take at least an hour and ten minutes to an hour and a half.
The things you need to ask yourself are: what do you want to get out of living in Melbourne and how much is your time worth? As a future resident of the world’s most liveable city, will you want to rent so far away that you don’t enjoy what Melbourne has to offer? Are you happy to allocate at least 3 hours a day, assuming that work is in the Melbourne CBD, spending it on public transport? Slightly smaller, more convenient to work and a place where enjoying what Melbourne is known for would be better for those who choose to live in Melbourne for the first time.
Craig and Beth also found an appliances and electronics company selling second hand and ex-demo units at very reasonable prices!
