Here is what a client have said about our relocation and rental search service of finding him his Melbourne home:

“Winneth’s service exceeded my expectations. He managed to find a fantastic apartment after I failed to so on my own. The process of moving in, setting up utilities, and finding appliances was an absolute breeze thanks to him. Winneth is incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough – I really can’t recommend him enough. An absolutely necessary investment if moving to Melbourne!”

Nikolai sent us an email giving us a week’s lead time to find him his new home in Melbourne. His lead time was based on his AirBnb expiring and it would have been more financially wiser to get into a rental home that continuing paying for temporary accommodation.  Unfortunately, due to scheduling we were unable to help him out. He was already in Melbourne and was having difficulty securing his rental place. He’s gone to some inspections and using his own words, he felt like he was attending a rave party due to the sheer amount of people squeezed in to view an apartment.

We agreed that if after two weeks and he has not found a place yet that we could take him on. While waiting for two weeks to come, we gave him some tips on how to zero in on a location by letting us know what he wants to get out of living in Melbourne. Two weeks has gone and he is yet to find a place so we took him on.

His criteria was to be able to get to a particular street in the CBD, a quiet area but close to be able to get to cafes. He also is fairly athletic and would preferred to be a short distance to two particular sports that he enjoys doing several times during the week.

We inspected 11 apartments and deemed only three were good enough to apply. When the first two were not accepted, it was quite discouraging. On hindsight, it worked out well because the 3rd one ticked all the boxes: 5 minute walk to 3 tram stops, 10 minute walk to sporting centres, flanked by 2 family friendly parks, 7 minute walk to a strip of bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars AND yet still set back 2 blocks in that noise from the main street can’t be heard. It took us exactly 15 days from taking on the job to picking up keys for him to move in.
