I have found Winneth to be very good at what he does, and he is also really friendly, trustworthy and respectful. I was looking to rent somewhere to stay in Melbourne for 3 months while undertaking a sabbatical. Serviced apartments were too expensive for me but I didn’t have the time to do all the legwork finding a place to rent and to get all the utilities organised. Being from the UK, I also didn’t understand how the tenancy system works in Melbourne. In less than two weeks Winneth found me somewhere good to stay (even though landlords are reluctant to take on such a short tenancy), and got the tenancy agreement and all the utilities sorted. Winneth provided me with regular updates as he worked and has been a valuable and willing source of general local advice. I highly recommend him.
